Part 1
BLEACH 371: Kingdom of Hallows
Hacchi watches at Barragan's body rots away.
Hacchi: "...That was a strange way of thinking.
Eventhing touched by his aging ability rots and turns to rubbish.
So why didn't his skeleton also turn to rubbish?
As for that I've forumated a hypothesis.
"The surface of his body repels his own ability.
He uses some type of ability to cover it.
That being the case
If his power is transported to inside his body, which normally is not in contact with that ability...
And so I read the situation correctly.
He also feared death, and did not pass through a small life trying to keep away from aging.
Barragan, on the verge of death:
Barragan: "I won't forgive you, I won't forgive you.
You are ants, you are ants
You...are...ants"
As he dies he has a recollection:
"Why did I, the King of HM, become an Espada?
Why was I resigned to being one of Aizen's subordinates?
And why do I so deeply resent Aizen...
Clang Clang
Under the moonlight a large tower's bell rings excitedly.
On a mound directly beneath the tower,
is the throne prepared for the King of HM, Barragan.
From the throne we see two rows of servants and a pathway down the middle.
The servants are bowing their heads to Barragan.
Barragan: "...How boring
There's no use having an army without an invading enemy.
Don't you all agree?"
Servants: .......
Barragan: "Even with this question that's all you can answer?"
BANG!
Servants: What!?
Servants: Gargamel has been killed by someone!!!
Barragan: What?
The earth rumbles and Aizen, Gin and Tousen appear at the end of the pathway.
Barragan's servants rush to attack them,
they are taken down by Tousen.
The 3 walk down slowly towards Barragan.
Aizen: "...It's a pleasure to meet you. I take it you are the King of Hueco Mundo?
Barragan: "Indeed, and who might you be?
Seeing you don't have a mask, maybe you're a human without a hollow?
Or perhaps a shinigami?"
Aizen makes a face as if to dismiss that, but doesn't say anything.
Barragan: "Humph, well it doesn't matter.
If you hadn't arrived, I was thinking about dividing my army into two and having them kill each other.
I suppose I should first welcome you to my castle, the "Hollow Night Palace"
Tousen: "Funny. This 'castle' has neither roof nor walls.
Barragan: "There's no need for a room. As far as I'm concerned
the entire sky of HM is my roof."
Part 2
Aizen: "I have something more important to ask you, King of HM.
Could you please look at my sword, Kyoukasuigetsu"
He pulls the sword out of his scabbard and holds it at eye level.
Barragan:" .........? What sort of pretense is this?"
Aizen: "I have one question I'd like to ask you, King of HM
Are you satisfied with yourself as you are now?"
Barragan: "...What?"
Aizen: "Don't you feel the world is different than it should be?
Don't you think about going to a higher place?
Lend me your hand and follow me.
If you do that I'll present to you more strength and a new world.
Barragan: .....Ku....
Bwahahahahahahaha Absurd! Hilarious!
A new world? Greater strength? Don't make me laugh, ant!!!
I'm the King of HM!! There isn't anything higher than me!!
There's no new world besides what I slice through!!!
Now! You all!! Crush these arrogant ants!!!"
The servants obey Barragan's orders and try to attack Aizen and the others.
At that instant
Aizen: "Smash, Kyoukasuigetsu"
Barragan's servants are sliced up and blood is everywhere.
Barragan is shocked at the horrible moment.
Barragan: "...What...is this....!?"
Aizen: "This is my world."
Barragan: "Why you...!!"
Aizen:''...It's ironic, King of HM
if you hold you weapon and wear black, you look very much like a shigami yourself!"
Barragan: How dare you!!!
He then says to himself,
I will kill you.
It will definitely be by my hand.
You will regret presenting me with this power.
I am the King.
I am God.
I will never die.
I will continue to target you till eternity.
Aizen Sousuke.
Stark mutters as he watches Barragan turn to rubbish.
Stark: "Even with #2's death he doesn't say a word...How sad.
Stark looks down at Love and Rose.
Stark: "...This isn't a battle for revenge."
With Barragan dead #1 makes a stand!
Karakura town will be covered in more blood!!

Starts from Barragan's flashback
Barragan is the king back then as well. Suddenly Aizen, Gin, and Tousen appeared before him.
Barragan: Oooh, you're bored enough to come to a place like this?
If you hadn't come, I intend to split my own forces into two and go to war.
Aizen: Please take a look at this sword
Barragan: What is it?
Aizen: If you follow me from now on, I will give you things in exchange
Barragan: I don't want a world that you've made
Aizen: Your world can become like this though?
The image (from kyouka suigetsu) become a world where Gin and Tousen kills all of Barragan's subordinates in one hit.
Barragan submits.
Barragan: However, I will be the one to kill you. I will always be trying to kill you.
(TN: I think the flashback ends here)
Barragan: I AM THE KING! I SHOULD BE THE ONE TO KILL YOU!!! AIZEN SOUSUKE!!
Barragan dies and Aizen doesn't even spare him a look.
Stark: No.2 died and he didn't say anything...
Harribel: ...
Stark: How dreadful. This isn't a battle for revenge, but let's get started over here too.
It ends here. There's not much plot development.

Gin and Tousen were shown the sword and maybe that's how they are obedient. And maybe they were already under its influence when they began the slaughter.
It is when Barragan refuses Aizen's invitation that Aizen says, "Your world is already like this," and reveals its technique.

[The scene] changes into the world where Gin and Tousen instantly killed all his subordinates.
The king submits
But I'll always be after your life. I'm King! I'll be the one to kill you, Aizen Sousuke!
The king's dissappearing, but Aizen takes no notice of his death.
Stark: Segunda's dying and he still hasn't uttered a word...
Hallibel: ...
Stark: What an unforgivable thing to do... Even though it's not exactly battle of revenge, we better start it anyway
With these words the chapter ends. Not a lot of plot development we got here.

Probably at the moment when Aizen was showing Barragan his sword, Gin and Tousen just stood quietly and did nothing, but it was Kyouka Suigetsu technique and it was already too late as the slaughter was currently taking place, so by the time of Aizen's invintation and Barragan's 'I don't need the world you're trying to create' the image was real - Barragan returned to his former world where all his subordinates had been atrociously killed.

Barragan Defeats Himself?
How Ironically Barragan spends this chapter boasting about his power, now it looks like he is going to be defeated by it. Though it looks like Hacchi loses an arm, which he should be able to recover.
Also, Soifon seemed quite worried about Hacchi when he was hit by Barragan's Death Breath seeing as in a previous chapter she showed her dislike for the Vizards. Now Soifon is relying on one.

Well if there is a bit of a backstory on Barragan it'll be something short like it shows Aizen first appearing in Hueco Mundo. Barragan is sitting on a throne by himself in Las Noches.
Barragan: What are you doing here shinigami? You dare enter my palace don't you know I am the God of Hueco. Everyone kneels beneath my feet be it human, hollow, and especially shinigami.
Aizen: I'll only say this once join me or die.
It'll show Barragan laughing and then in the panel after that it'll show Barragan in his released state.
Barragan: Do you think your power compares to mine foolish shinigami. Let me show you why I am king here in las noches. Respira.
His breathe will completely engulf Aizen. When it clears Aizen isn't there and Barragan's eye is slashed.
Barragan: Impossible!!!!
Aizen: The next time I'll cut your head off. Who is the king of Hueco Mundo?
Barragan kneels down.
Barragan: You are.
